Refund Policy
This refund policy applies to orders delivered within Australia only.
Feel free to open the packaging and take the products out to check them for size, weight, and comparison against your existing pegs or anchor plates.
Our returns policy is quite simple. If you are not completely satisfied with the product, or if there is any issue, we will issue a refund.
Products can be returned as long as they are unused.
Free returns (Australia only)
Free return shipping is available for Australian orders with a purchase value of $70 or more.
For orders below $70, return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

We will send you a return link within 48 hours. If your order qualifies for a free return, the label will be provided at no cost.

With the return label, you can send the products back from any post office.
Once the products have been received and checked at our warehouse, your refund will be processed.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds are processed within 48 hours after the return has been received and inspected.
International orders
This change-of-mind returns policy does not apply to international orders.
For international purchases, including those to New Zealand, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
